I’m Heather Carvey and I am a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I specialize in plant-based nutrition and reversing chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue and other stress-related conditions and disorders.

I believe in the power of real food. I believe in the power of a Whole-foods plant-based diet. You won’t find restrictive dieting, calorie counting, gimmicky products or portion controls with me. I believe in empowerment through food and healing from the root source. It is my mission and passion to help dispell the slew of misinformation about nutrition and give women the confidence they need to take control over their lives again. To live as we were meant to. I don’t believe in treating symptoms. I believe in loving yourself, your life, and your food, holistically, realistically, and deliciously one day at a time.
