Can cooking be spiritual?

While working on my courses and my business, I was talking with a few friends in a mastermind group that I’m in and discussing how to merge my love of cooking and my love of spirituality and I couldnt put my finger on why it was so difficult to merge the two until it dawned on me… I couldnt merge the two because they arent 2. Theyre 1. Theyre connected. Cooking, for me, is spiritual.
This recipe is honestly one of my favorites. My girls and I absolutely LOVE chinese takeout, but the sodium, MSG and sugar content almost makes it not worth it. This dish even tastes better than chinese takeout in my opinion. The tofu is rich and flavorful with a nice crust on the outside. Perfect for a family dinner. Raw Vegan Curried Chickpea Pockets

This dish was not only easy to make, but delicous and minimal cleanup. GF vegan Oat raisin Cookies

Such a fun and easy way to make cookies. Super easy and nutritious. I made mine low sugar and gluten free but you can change it up to your liking.
